Hi thanks for sharing your recipe, just wondering how many grams of egg white in total? As eggs have different sizes, Thank you. :)

Hello! I never weigh the egg white but I weigh the eggs as a whole. Each egg, with shell on, weighs between 55-60g. The great thing about this recipe is I never had to weigh the ingredients. It works every time!
