An old therapist of mine said to NEVER make goals, she said to make expectations instead. Goals are something you hope will happen, expectations are something that WILL happen if you put in the work to do it. Thanks to her saying that, it's changed me a lot! Hopefully it will help some other people too.

I love making vision boards! I achieved and received every single thing on my vision board! I make mine digitally and set it as my phone and computer background so that I was subconsciously always reminded of my goals and I think this really helped me so it might help someone else too! Love this Queen! People do not realize the importance of creating a vision board. I used to just write down goals on a piece of paper but that got so easily tucked away. So, I was like I got to make some changes & I realize a vision board is a must. This is one of my weekend goals to work on and complete & I came across your video. Well done Lyn. Looks amazing. Came here to prepare for my own vision board. And I have been thinking a lot about whether to share our dreams or keep them a secret. My conclusion at the moment is that only share it if you feel confident in yourself and your ability dealing with any judgement received from person, if you don’t feel like seeking approval of your dreams. Don’t keep it a secret either. If someone asks - tell them as much as you feel confident with. Remember that if you feel like someone is discouraging you from your dreams it is only possible because you are not feeling confident in your own ability. And in ALL cases it is because you have been identifying with a negative self talk already. Take responsibility for stories you tell yourself!

Today I wrote three goals for each ‘section of my life’. I did it before I did anything. I have never made a vision board or even written everything, I usually just say what my goals are and that is it. I wish I wrote in present tense but I will do that next year god willing.
