Ingredients
2 cups tigernut
2 tbsp long grain rice
2 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar
00:00 Introduction
00:37 ingredients
01:27 transfer into a blender,blend until smooth
02:24 strain it
03:17 transfer into saucepan and start cooking
03:48 caramelize sugar and add it to tigernut pudding
04:29 mix all together and it's ready
