Hey David I have never heard of this cocktail!! This is a terrific video. I haven't been able to find Midori locally. Can you think of a substitute? I am having a BBQ on the weekend and I'd love to batch up this cocktail and serve it. It's a prawn BBQ and I think this cocktail would be delicious with prawns!!! Cheers!! @@boozeontherocks Thanks Dave. The government liquor store doesn't seem to have an alternate choice. I will try a terrific private wine and other alcohol options and see what they have!!
@@boozeontherocks I'm from South Louisiana so we like very traditional drink mixes, But I discovered Haymakers (Switchel). The original Gatorade,lol! But of course being a Coonass we added Bourbon to it. I appreciate your knowledge and style. Keep'em coming!
Interesting looking drink, wasn't expecting mezcal in there but nice addition. Was it overly sweet with the simple syrup, midori, and sweet and sour? Will be giving it a try as the weather is already scorching up where I live.
I'll have to make one of these in honor of Toby Keith! I remember going to his place in Vegas years ago and it was good. It wasn't there very long, unfortunately.
