Hello from the UK. I cooked up a batch of tomato chutney based on your tutorial recipe and I was really pleased with the results. I did add a couple of extras such as ginger and I used only cider vinegar and the jars were empty within weeks! I am just about do this again with the last of my tomato harvest.
