Agave syrup - 15 ml
Lime juice - 25-30 ml
Reposado or Anejo tequila - 50 ml
Angostura orange bitter - 1 dash
Shake and strain into chilled rock glass with big ice lamp. Garnish with lime peel and lime chips.
