19x36” cut into 1/3 lengthwise, decide how big you want it and make a circle, hers has a 4” radius, x 2, stitch and flip, draw spiral from the center, stitch it up 🙃
Thank you so much Dani, it is so beautiful and neat and you were able to achieve it with very little fabric. Can you pls do a video of the full dress she was wearing in the picture?
I recommend watching the video but this is some rough notes to go along again these could be some mistakes it’s a rough draft Fabric measurements- 19x56 Divide it into 3 equal strips/pieces 6ish inches Make a long strip out of them all with right sides together Determine how big you want - Cute out a base and fold into 4 Place a mork on corner and make a 4 inches radius and cute it out Place circle to make another circle - Cut out curve on edge See right sides together leave a place to turn inside out Put cuts on the extra fabric from the sew seem before turning inside out Using the point from before make a spira starting from the point Determine how much fabric you need to join together Sew right side together and put insides out Don’t flatten Plate it around the circle from the outside to the inside See as you pleat Then done
