Because of the fact that I am from the middle east and I have been cooking shish for long time, I thought that I make a good chicken shish. BUT after trying your recipe, MAN!!! it is completely different and way more delicious! I received many complements on the flavor of my shish from friends and family who tried it. THANK YOU Henry!

Henry's Kebab rocks! BUT, folks, it won't taste without a basic set-up. Henry's got all industrial set-up, however, if you visit one of those Turkish or Afgan shops, you can pick a small charcoal BBQ, stands on cross leg for $40, those exact skewers for $2 each, and a bag of charcoal (comes in a little ball shape) from Bunnings..bingo!! Obviously, you need to keep it outside. If you live in an apartment then you obviously have no choice but to use home set-up. I prepare a bed of kindles, charcoal balls on top, then lightly soak it with metho (Mythelated spirit, $14 for 4 lit at Bunnings). Kabooom....instant fire with almost no smoke. When fire simmers, put skewers across the BBQ and exactly follow Henry's instructions.
