Oh how I love this pattern! All 3 of these quilts came out fantastic. I think I like Miss Di’s 36 block one the best…the pattern just pops right off the wall. ☺️ It was so good to see Miss April on here too! I just love her. (Not to mention she has the most adorable little super star granddaughter) ☺️☺️ I’m so excited to hear more about the retreat!!! You’re not that far from me either. Wahoo. Yes, Debbie, you should come to the retreat, I had a planning meeting today and it's going to be a blast! You live in WA right? Which part? I already talked to April and she has a work conflict during mid October, but another time, right? Yes, Aprils grandaughter is so cute and she was very real, LOL. Happy Fourth of July to you too! I have a Juki DX7 and run it hard. I’m sewing almost daily and put out a quilt almost weekly. It needed a tune up, the timing was off. Then i love my featherweights Lois & Irene. Pamela. Thanks for watching my channel😊❣️

Maybe not Hollywood-grade acting/editing, but fun and cute, by any count. Supersizing some quilt blocks gives impressive results! Not as demanding, but as beautiful in its way as the original.

I love your quilt. April's was great too but you know me. I am more of a traditional block person I think. The fabric selection on your quilt was great. It makes me want to make another one with this pattern. Plus i had a lot of laughs with the 3 of you. Thank you for the very kind words on my quilt. Your quilting really made in extra special. Same base block on all 3, just put together differently and it makes a real difference in the look. I think this is my favorite project that you've made so far on your videos.

It’s definitely one of my favorite quilts in made so far too. I’ve had 2 friends asking me what I’m going to do with it and hinting at hire much they love it 🤣😂🤣. You my friend were the inspiration to this quilt, it’s am amazing pattern‼️ Thanks for watching my channel, I appreciate you😍❣️

There are four 6.5” strips and two each 3.5” & 9.5” by 2” Wide rectangles in each block. I just started by cutting the FQ’s and the 10” squares. I should have figured out how many I needed for the size I got. I have a pile of leftover rectangles that I’ll find something to do with now. I think what you have will be close but you might want to do some figuring first. Thanks for watching Vanessa, I appreciate it 😍❣️

Love and watch the both of you! I'm going to try and figure out how to use 2 1/2 inch pieces instead of 2 inch. That way a jelly roll could be used, which would be so easy. Maybe someone has already figured it out.

Yes, someone has figured that out and it’s Bonnie Hunter, The pattern designer ‼️I was going to follow her 2.5” instructions but the 10” squares cut so easily into 5, 2” strips. The link to her pattern is in the description. Cathlyn, thank you for watching my videos 😊I appreciate it ❣️

The quilt pattern is so versatile, I liked all three, your quilting on Bev’s quilt was the perfect pattern in my opinion. I watch April and when she said she was having a special guest and you were having a special guest, I was hoping it was the two of you. She is a hoot, especially her bloopers. Please tell the Engineer I couldn’t stop laughing at some of his remarks. Thank you Di for sharing and I hope you and the Engineer have a safe and Happy Fourth of July. Looking forward to next week.

You’re right it is versatile. After Bev watched the video she wants to make it gain with different fabric. The Engineer had fun doing this one, especially when e got to hear his voice. I love April too, she’s a hoot with the bloopers and makes some fun quilts. I have one, it made such a huge difference. The issue is my cataracts, the eye doctor says they hopefully will come off next year. Getting old is not for sissy’s. Thank you for following my channel, I really appreciate it 😍❣️
