Kabalagala is a traditional Ugandan pancake that is very popular across the country. kids packed to to school as the break snack.

Oh i love that plump banana variety. When I was a kid i remember my y grandpa planted some by our side of the house and they were sooo sweet!

I agree. I keep my nails short so as not to harbor infection . I love cassava. I saw people cook banana skins to make patties

But jokes aside, it is a nice, informative video. And I can fully understand your feeling when you can use a fruit that is of your first own growing. Earlier I also experienced such a thing but not with bananas 😅 (but with e.g. strawberries, watermelons, even sourcherries)

I cook also that Ms. Sarah.. We call that in our local language as Maruya or Banana pancake.. There is also a traditional way of cooking Maruya.. It really delicious.. Godbless Ms. Sarah

Can you use other types of ripe banana or it must be sweet banana?

Hello Susan, yes you can use other ripe bananas and add some sugar, you can also add baking powder.
