Hello, I have a question. When I click on "MeshID" (at 2:15), it says "Your mesh has too many triangles! The limit is 10000. Your mesh has 11936!" ... if possible, could you help me? I really want to upload my item, but it's not working because of this issue... Thank you, keep up the good work!
@@lauranunes9026 on the blender, select the model and go to modifier properties on the right side of the program. then you click Add Modifier and select Decimate. there you can make the models poly low or high depending on what you want
I have some problems 1. When i want to import it it says "unsorported texture format" 2. when i import it thru Workspace -> meshpart ... i cant texture it because I dont have 1 single image texture. I used multiple images. 3. When Scaling my big untextured hat after i imported it thru Workspace-> meshpart... it scales weirdly Pls respond
asset creator will only work if you are using a single mesh with no children inside of it. that means you cant use surface appearance for accessories, so make sure your mesh has no children and that it is not in a group or anything
Sam I'm getting an error when I am importing my ugc into roblox studio. It says "Your mesh contains location data. Would you like to remove your mesh to the given location?" I'm stuck here as this did not pop up on ur video. Please help!!
Hey, when I uploaded my face accessory as a hat it made the accessory go on the head, any way on how to fix this. (It says "to change ugc type, resubmit the model" Idk how to do that.)
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP: so im pretty sure i modeled it right and that there's no issues with model itself, partially because i dont feel like starting over and also cause i love how my cardboard box head looks, but also since i can move it just fine, there's no weird overlapping things or whatever. but whenever i export it with only selected things and stuff on fbx and try to upload it to the meshpart, i always get this one pop up that says, "Your mesh contains location data. Would you like to move your mesh to the given location?" no matter how many times ive clicked yes or no, moved my ugc, even making it so both the mesh part and my item are both at 0, 0, 0, it never uploads it. why?? can someone please help me im incredibly confused as to how to remove this pop up- ive spent hours on my computer trying every possible thing my mind comes up with. i need so much help
Idk what the problem is, but you could try to duplicate the blender project or model, then try again if you haven't already. make sure to also select the accessory and export only that accessory. maybe that will help as well. come back and tell me if this helped.

Roblox doesn not allow heavily detailed meshes, usually every mesh has triangles unless it's just a flat plane. If your mesh is too detailed, (aka above 10K triangles) it will deny it. You can check how many triangles you have by using statistics
