Hi guys, today I'm gonna share how to make soft bone pressure cooked milkfish and some tips to get it intact. I'm using a pressure cooker from @ideaonline and the milkfish turns to be nice, absolutely soft even for the bones.
Cooking milkfish becomes easy and satisfying because even we can eat the bones.
Let's get the ingredients for this milksifh recipe :
-2 kg of milkfish
-2 limes
-some salt
-2 tubes of galangal, slice thinly
-7 stalks of lemongrass
-2 fingers of turmeric
-10 kefir lime leaves, tear
-1 pandan leaf, cut into about 20 cm
-20 bay leaves
-2 liter of water
-3 tbsp of tamarind water
Ingredients of spice paste for cooking the milkfish:
7 cloves of shallot
10 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of coriander, roast
2 tbsp of salt
1 tsp of chicken-flavoured stock powder
-2 segments of gingerroot
and 3 segments of turmeric
