Plantain flour is commonly available in my part of the country, Akure. Elubo ogede. Though quite expensive. But delicious, too. I saw few clips where the skin dried along with the flesh. What is your opinion?

You can't eat the skin, is acid. Please make sure you peel the skin before consumption.
