This video was great! However I do have one correction: the powder WILL damage your stamper. It (probably) won’t stain it, but it will act as a mild abrasive and dull the surface of your stamper over time, making it less effective at picking up and transferring designs. I would recommend using a stamper that is already on its last legs so you don’t wreck a nice new one.
Plain white acrylic paint works awesome and cracks amazingly! The pigment will cloud your stamper if you do it often because it microscopically scratches the stamper.
I'm always stunned by your knowledge, skills and great imagination. Definitely, you're my favourite. "Admitting" and pointing out your mistakes...if we can call them "mistakes". You inspire me immensely, but I'm still gathering courage to do my nails. I've totally mastered the theoretical part...but practical...duh, I'm scared. But the only was it to start. And learn from mistakes. Love from Croatia 💙
Your model has beautiful nails and I love the design and colors over black. It's a very cool look that I would want to wear also. I really enjoyed watching your video tfs
I have the exact same pigment set from Amazon lol. I keep meaning to try this technique but haven't gotten to it yet. I've seen another nail tech try this and after experimenting with different white liquids - white gel polish, white regular polish, and white acrylic paint - and she found that the acrylic paint gave the best results with the most cracks. Just a little tip if you're interested in trying this again. I do love this set though! It's almost exactly what I saw in my mind when I think about doing this on my own nails. P.S. - I immediately saw the Nike swoosh and palm tree too 😁
Wow such glamorous results 🤩🤩 I do like how each nail will have a different finishes- I'll definitely try this out in the future thanks for the error how to fix and well the whole tutorial 🥰 Sending hugs from this UK viewer xxx 🤗🤗
Not sure if you've tried it yet, but using the pigment powders and stamping polish, with an actual stamping plate design, works great too. I put the pigment powder on the jelly stamper, chose the design from the plate and then just painted the stamping polish on the plate. It's just like doing a regular stamp, only with having the pigment powder on the stamper. Once it's stamped on the nail, it leaves the design you chose on the nail, with the neon colors on it. It is so cute and perfect for summer!
I love this look, I really like bright looks during the autumn/fall seasons! 🥰 What is the name/ brand of the stamping polish product? I've been struggling to find one that doesn't bleed out the designs of my stamping plates 💜
Thank you for another great video! I learn so much from you and look forward to your videos evey week! Does anyone know the best way to clean the stampers? I swear every piece of fuzz in the house comes out to stick to mine.
@@Nailcou Thank you Anastasia!!! I truly appreciate you always taking the time to respond! I have 15 animals so between fuzz, fur and feathers my stamper was making me insane. If you're ever in Los Angeles working I'd love to book an appointment with you. Wishing you a happy holiday season!!
You Should use white acrylic paint rather than white nails polish !! It drys faster, which allows more cracks to form!! That means you don’t need to adjust the nail art once you have applied it to the nail !
Love this technique but with acrylic on the pigments.. I'm surprised she didn't tag Kristy the creator of this.. oh well I guess most of us know but she deserves the credit
