Thank you finally found a good one I have hand mixer too it does the job .Also just a good demonstration with out all the talking about everything else that has nothing to do with cooking thank you.
So glad I found this. It looks super easy and delicious, an excellent base cake that would be terrific with vanilla ice cream on the side. Think I'll make this in a cast iron skillet (a trick from Betty Crocker; it really helps caramelize nicely) and sprinkle some chopped pecans between/on the peach slices.
Wow, awesome cake! You placed the peach slices into the cake pan very carefully and artfully. I liked the addition of cinnamon as well: just a little bit really helps with peach recipes. I add 1/4 teaspoon to my peach pie! I can be very indecisive as well, so good idea using parchment paper. Once again, great cake. I'm sure this would be very good served slightly warm with ice cream. Subbed to see more!
@@RelishWithReCheil You're welcome! BTW: For some reason I can't see your comment on my channel--I know you watched the Ritz cracker video. I'm not being rude--it's just "lost" when I try to comment on it for some reason. But like I said, awesome upside down peach cake!
Hello there, the first step would be to pour the melted butter in your pan. The melted butter is not only used for the topping when you flip the cake, but it also stops it from sticking to the pan while baking.
i made in 28cm backing tray and did all measurements double but not sure if 1/2 cup milk as per original is correct because on double amount I used 1 cup milk and batter was so thick that mixer bladed didn't turn
