this guy calls himself a chef he's calling tortilla a pita bread and people are praising him. this is not a shawarma, shawarma needs shaved pieces of meet which have been skewered and grilled for a long time. LOL
Is it really shawarma? Looks like just kathi roll..it looks good but can't say it's shawarma.. you must cook it on low flame and slice it thin to make authentic shawarma..
French fries are supposed to be deep fried for crispy and not shallow fried. Plz change the name to something else. Also it's not pita bread as its where thin. It's tortilla as rightly said in previous comments. Pita bread is thick that what you used. This can not be called as Sharwama from any angel.
Don't mean to get technical, but, there can be no such thing as a 'veg' shawarma. Shawarma meat is sliced off from a vertical spit or grill. This recipe is just a variation of a paneer wrap.
skip pickle of vegetables. make more paneer.... vegetables pickled overnight tastes shit... it came out fine... pickle was disgusting addition... I don't know how shawarma of any kind tastes but what I made tasted good when we ate... marinate kept giving raw smell.
Where r d vegetables here ?!!! Paneer is not a vegetable ! And u r calling me insane ! 🙄 It is misleading. U shud check other people calling paneer shawarma with that name only. And a little criticism u can’t handle ?! If u r a public figure, u shud respond positively to any comment.
This is not pita bread...its Tortilla....and is this the healthy version?? i don't think potato fries and paneer is healthy.... but altogether its an awesome recipe...:)
such a nice recipe but sir u r told this is a pice of paneer. but many times you also told this is chees so is this paneer or cheese. otherwise everything is perfect.
