The way I've evolved as a person in the last few years has changed my perspective towards life & I wish to share all that with you. so happy to hear that your mamma is recovering with plant based lifestyle, that glass of milk is what caused me cystic acne too, especially when you have your monthly guest visiting you, your mom gives you big glass of milk but that used to cause lot of pain and huge hormonal acne, now that am vegan all my skin problems are gone and when i have accidentally had dairy i suddenly get pimple, so if anyone is suffering from acne, please please stop dairy and see how all your skin problems vanish 🙏

My father is also a cancer patient. he got diagnosed with mouth cancer... I know how hard it will be post surgery and radiation.. still there is an issue with his eating and speaking.. but im very thankful to god that he got saved and doing very fine... My prayers for sadha's mother for a healthy life.
