More than anything , I loved the chef's explanations. He's just a pro at saying things. He explained each and everything without delaying . Usually Mohsin Bhai has to keep asking the chef what ingredients he's putting. But this chef kept saying it before Mohsin.

Dear Mohsinji Dum biryani mein layering hota hai.A layer of rice followed by the vegetable layer one after the other.Kesar or saffron water is added.Dum is actually sealing the container with a lid and atta.Just before serving caramelised.onions are added.just before serving This is just tava biryani.
