Best thing ever! Having worked with Photoshop and Illustrator since the beginning, (showing my age here) the thought process behind the code is quite amazing. To be able to think like a designer and not a programmer AND make it seamless and "complexity made simple" at it's finest. Great work. Thank you so much.
Text effects here are much better than Illustrator. As a professional graphic designer I was skeptical of Kittle at first, but pulled the trigger on a 1 year membership recently and must day I'm impressed with the product!

I just joined the “Kittl Kraze” and I haven even been able to play with it. It really is so cool you can do this in a fraction of time. You really have a one of a kind font or design. Really awesome!
Hey there! Things like brush strokes might be available in a future update, but you can also try adding texture to your design from the left side panel to give it a worn effect!
It's so incredible how you can design such a killer vintage design with Kittl in minutes. Using Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva would take me days, maybe even a whole week! I'm convinced that Kittl is THE BEST design software on the market with so many advantages, power, ease of use, and huge template and element libraries, that it makes other design software seem clunky and unnecessarily complex. I can't understand why removing a background in Photoshop remains such a complex process, when Canva and Kittl can do it with one click.

Just started using Kittl and love it so much, it's a much-needed breath of fresh air. I have a question, is it possible to increase the darkness or brightness of the blue guidelines as I have a problem seeing them sometimes? Also, I have a problem when I try to upload my own illustrations to Kittl. They load with a big white border, and unless I set it to the back, it blocks everything else out. Is there something I'm not doing or should be doing? Thanks.
Glad you are liking Kittl! At the moment you can't adjust guideline color but it is something we are working on delivering in the future. As to the illustrations, I'm not exactly sure why that would be happening! I would make sure to check how you are exporting your SVGs to upload to Kittl. If coming from Illustrator, make sure you use the "Save As" feature to make an SVG (not Export > SVG, because this will cause problems in several programs for some reason). If you are talking about PNG or JPEGs, those are static images and should not have anything added or taken away once uploaded to Kittl. If the issue continues, we can take a look at hello@kittl.com :)
Great question! You can export an SVG (scalable vector graphic) from Kittl that can continue to be worked on in other programs like Affinity or Illustrator.
Do you have to sign up again under Kittl, if you already have a Heritage Designer account? Also is there any plan to offer more slots for the upgrade to Pro.

Wonderfully done and informative. Thanks for showing conversion to B&W here. Will really help with lasering jobs. Is it possible to import other fonts into the tool other than what is already there? We have some clients who have their own licensed fonts that would like to experiment with some of these features. Thanks again for a great tool.

Hey there, you can see us create this double text shadow effect in the later part of the tutorial. It is the same effect, we just changed the text and color for the purpose of the thumbnail :) But there are many vintage text effects you can make in Kittl.
@@Kittldesign I'm a legacy user of Kittl - got in during the initial limited launch as a Heritage Font buyer. I absolutely love the program's potential, but for me there is just too much emphasis on "motorcycle club" style elements and old fashioned design. As much as that is useful, more than half my clients want something sleek and modern and twisting the assets of Kittl to meet those demands can be time consuming. Plus I need accuracy to 1mm. But it's a great program.
i try to create tshirts vintage design, but i dont know how i can't find tools to put grunge texture just for the object not in all area..can you help to make the video tutorial? thanks.
Hey there! Masking is not a feature at the moment, but we are working on it, so applying a texture will only apply to the entire art-board. Sorry for the inconvenience, but stay tuned!

Hallo, bedankt voor uitleg, en ga er in de toekomst zeker wat mee doen. maar ik ben voor nu op zoek naar vintage lettertype om mijn letters per stuk met effect uit vinyl te snijden voor mijn uithangbord. Oftewel ik ( ik gebruik cricut voor het snijden van mijn materialen)is dit mogelijk met dit programma. Kunt u mij daar antwoord op geven, alvast bedankt
Hey there. We have many people using Kittl with Cricut. In fact, we actually have a tutorial where I make a full t-shirt design using Kittl and then cutting it out on heat vinyl with the Cricut. You can either export a transparent PNG of your design to upload to Cricut, or you can export an SVG to upload to Cricut, and from there, the process will be the same! Cheers.

But my question was if I could download the font with half shadow because I need the letters for my foodtruck sign, so cut this with vinyl (no print & cut) so is this possible!!! thnx Marianne
