As a music composer, I feel there's zero point to Suno at the moment except for at the free tier for compositional purposes. The audio quality has dropped drastically vs a month ago; anyone with even halfway decent ears can tell.
They had a massive increase in new users recently and they might be saving their resources and sacrificing the quality for paid users. And Yeah, with Udio and now elevenlabs coming in with new features, it's almost game over for Suno if they don't improve their audio quality.
@@AIAutomationLabs That's a solid conjecture. I haven't played around with elevenlab's offering yet, mind giving me your thoughts as to how it stacks up quality/feature-wise vs Udio/Suno?
@@miscwatching8993 I'm tryna get my hands on it. They haven't shared the beta access to the creators yet. But you can see some samples here: x.com/elevenlabsio/status/1788628171044053386
@@AIAutomationLabs I agree with @miscwathing8993 .. as a composer, I would rather use this to get melodic ideas and then add my own twist to them. I have VSTs that are fairly high quality but that brings a question to my mind ... are there any AIs that can help master an already existing a track?? Mastering is where my skill levels suffer :/
If you already have a social media following just share the music with your audience. And if you don't, then I'd suggest making an eye catching video with your music and uploading it on TikTok.. I've seen songs go viral there.
Haha thanks man. Sure I'll share. And hey I would advise to keep your best work private on Suno, if you're planning to rework/master/publish your songs to any platforms.
I've got a bunch of credits, if anyone has any lyrics and want to give it a shot feel free to let me know and we can figure something out :) Great video, too!
Lol yes. Me too. I've still got 2000 credits left and 3 days until my subscription renews. There goes my weekend haha. Thanks for watching and support!
Sometimes it does it naturally when you extend a song. It mostly depends on your lyrics. But you can guide it using some meta tags. Doesn't work all the time but you can read more here. www.suno.wiki/faq/metatags/song-structure/ A sample song i made: suno.com/song/5ffc4fdf-8bd0-4050-962d-a09416dd1b66
You can mention it in the style of music and also mention it in the lyrics like [G major, Allegro, 80 BPM]. But it will ignore it half of the time. It doesn't know what's key or tempo.
