How to make Washing Powder: Full manufacturing Process

I tried this formula today though with an adjustment. I didn't get NP 9 so I didn't get a substitute. The seller of the chemical recommended Sulfonic acid. The texture was great. However, the foam is not much. How do I increase the form? Also, can this combination remove stain? Please help out.
