Your video is very good but you need to explain few things to your viewers. My question is how do you connect this unit to power and what is your power source. Why are you hiding this process.
looks like the red and black wire on the right are plugged into a 220V source. running the power through the salt water acts like a current limiter so the breaker doesn't trip. L:-)

Señores nooo es falso, es posible después de saber que el agua con sal no es más que una mezcla electrolitada que funciona hasta como capasitor en algunos casos para dar arranque a motores,el agua clorada hace reacción y se calienta más rápido por lo que es mejor destilada,hervida para eliminar restos de cloro o agua lluvia en mi opinión la mejor,gracias
I don't see the purpose of the salt water. It generates no electricity. The power passes through it to the welding rod, but why do you feel it's necessary in the first place?
is the other wire hook up to charge or did you charge the saltwater or did you just plug in the wires then join them to the saltwater wire and the other to the metal i will like to know so I can learn more about it and

If you use that concept to whatever it is in a working area with so many steel for welding purposes when you very busy while working on it there is a possible for that pale of water and salt will be hit by other materals then it will cause severe dangerous accident when you work for gate, trusses and grill how it works very effective. I am a hands on contrctor all angles must be in safe purposes with the concern of some people.
You have not shown which wire goes in the switch board you are only showing connection of wire to the wooden plank on the bucket don't fool people your demo has failed

For the idiots in the comment section saying it's fake, he clearly shows that he's connected to the main power at 5:24. The salt water acts as a resistor to avoid drawing too much power and melting the work piece. He's in now way claiming that the salt water is the power source.
Saya sudah coba tapi ngelasnya gak bisa di atur ....kalo masanya sih gak nyetrum cuma yg nyetrum itu airnya tapi juga lama nugunya harus air mendidi baru bisa ngelas ...kurang asik kalo ngelas pakai itu ...

Por cuánto tiempo continuo es aconsejable usa . Yo hice una y veo que el agua calienta mucho ,y quisiera me respondieras si es seguro usarla continuamente todo el día , y quisiera saber si es igualmente económica que las normales o hasta más energía ? Gracias
No es conveniente usar la maquina de soldar por mucho tiempo porque se calienta mucho el agua. Una forma de utilizar en forma continua la maquina es utilizar 2 o 3 cubetas con sal diferentes para trabajar en forma continua. Sólo son cubetas diferentes de agua con sal. Las demás partes son las mismas. Saludos
Debe tomar la corriente de una máquina de soldar y no de un tomacorriente. la toma de corriente es solo para la prueba de la bombilla. su video es falso!
If you are trying to control the amount of voltage going into your welding rod for different size welding rods. You can experiment with different concentrations of water and salt. You can try regular table salt or baking soda salt, or Epsom salts which is magnesium sulfate. You can try tap water spring water or distilled water. You may want several different buckets of solution to choose from. By having the final rod that goes from the water bucket out, adjustable you can adjust the voltage that way as well. It's simple enough to make it adjustable by having a slot for it to travel along in the bucket. The closer You are together the more strong it is. The further away the weaker it is as far as I know. But you'll have to experiment with what you want in water salt concentration of each and the adjusting of the rod. Also the size of the water bucket matters. More water more salt more voltage or amperage. You can go to his other video on this and hear what he has to say it's very valuable. Have fun wear Welders mask or and or welders glasses wear gloves be careful this is not a child's toy. It may produce some bubbles which would be hydrogen and oxygen so do not have it by an open flame or the electrical Sparks near the open bucket. Watch lots of videos on how to weld so you get an idea of what you want to do. Hope it helps.
دستگاه جوشکاریه به اصطلاح این جور چیزها معمولا سرکاریه راستش من امتحان نکردم دقت کرده باشین اون قسمت سمت راستو اشکار نشون نمیده واگه درست هم باشه فک کنم خطرناک باشه
با آب و نمک که تو سطل میریزه و دو تا فلز درونش قرار میده یکیش جریان برق فازه و دیگری نول ولی این اشتباهه... من اصلشو میگم شما بفهمید.. ۳ عدد سیم دارید و اون سطل که دیدی چگونه آب و نمک توش ریخت و مخلوط کرد..درسته؟ یک سه راهی که به برق وصل شده هم اوردید کنارتون برای جوشکاری.. ابتدا با فازمتر میکنی تو پریز برق فاز رو پیدا میکنی پس اولین سیم که برق فاز داره میاری میبندی به یکی از میله هایی درون سطل؟ دومین سیم که نول هست به این سرش انبره اتصال رو میبندی انبری که به آهنی که میخوای جوش بدهید متوجه شدید.. حالا سومین سیم رو یک سرش به دومین میله ای که درون آب نمک هست میبندی و سره دیگرش هم انبری که الکترود رو باهاش میگیری این از سه عدد سیمی که جایگاهاشون مشخص شد وتمام.. حالا اهنی که میخوای جوش بدی رو اول اتصال رو بهش وصل میکنی البته دستکش حتما دستت باشه؟ و بعد الکترود رو به گیره میزنی و شروع به جوش دادن میکنید... این فیلم خوب بود ولی مقدار نمکش در چهار نیم لیتر آب ۳ مشت نمک لازمه یک مشت کمه... امیدوارم متوجه شده باشیی..فکر کنم اگر سرچ کنید تو همین یوتوب نحوه اینکارو با صحبت کردن فارسی پیدا کنید...بدرود👍🏽
من اینکارو انجام دادم ولی متاسفانه سیمی که داشتم مقاوم نبود و داغ میکرد اما جوش کاری میشد انجام بدی، و دیگه امتحان نکردم...یکم مشکلات دیگه داشت که تو اون یکی کامنت برطرف شده شو نوشتم و توضیح دادم...🙏🏻

So how did you weld the rods to the bolts if you haven't got a welder? Can't you see the chicken/egg scenario unfolding? For that matter why didn't you just get longer bolts or threaded rod?
