Hello friends,
So here is our new waterfall project. We use thermocol for base.
For coloring we use water based Acrylic colors..
Colors: for base coat- light grey & dark grey
Stone color: orange, white few drops of red & brown.
For dry wash: Black
Height- 22 inches
Width- 13 inches
Depth- 18 inches

For coating we have used a mixture of cement, white cement and grout. For coloring we used acrylic colors ( Grey color for spray,for stones white,orange, few drops of red & brown, at last dry wash with white)

Sir it's depends on the location where you are planning to place it... Inside a room, colors will remain same for more than 1 or 2 years .... And in outdoor condition or it will be in direct sunlight then these acrylic color will be start to fade after 6 months...

So far, this is the best realistic DIY water fountain I have seen. Awesome work. Good job. Waiting for the thermocol cutter - that did the magic... Spraying the paint is a very good idea for a natural look...

we never used hard sponge, so we can't say anything about it. and for height there is no issue sir. you can go for 2 mtr.

Hello.. Take water add white color & then mix few drops of black.. but before using check it on back part of waterfall. Then you can add both colors as per your requirement..
