Cakes are healthy too. You can add oat flour eggs fruit coconut sugar and many other healthy ingredients

I'm all for healthy eating and everything but... It's not really a cake. I'm a vegetarian but I wouldn't keep my children from having a close to "normal" childhood experience. At least once a year on their birthday they can have cake.

foreverthea ii NOTHING IS NORMAL! We create our realities. If you don't fully believe in the lifestyle thats fine, but dont expect someone is to be half in just because you are. A "normal" childhood is different all over the world. I think she has a super normal and PRODUCTIVE childhood. She is healthy so she doesn't get sick like that and she is learning life skills that will take her far. She has mentally, emotionally, and physically HEALTHY parents which contribute to her being a functional human in the future. People like you focus on the wrong things. Cake and garbage food isn't necessary. Your own intelligence and parenting skills are what make or break a child. They wont give a shit about how much cake they ate as a child while they are sitting in therapy because of the damage mommy and daddy caused. They will feel really shitty when they are sitting in the doctors office being told they have 3 mos to live and that they just suffered a heart attack. That's what wrong with people. All you all care about is instant gratification and opening your flipping mouths without thinking! It is a must to live an examined life.

Nothing against her parenting because she seems sweet and the daughter is clearly happy, but I kind of thought that too. When you give her a slice of this, it's just her usual lunch. Fully Raw Kristina has some that incorporate using a blender to blend fruits into layers, and use some dates/nuts for crust. You then freeze them, which gives you sort of a frozen sorbet cake. It seems like that would feel more unique for a celebration.

Yes, so it will have a strong, real fruit factor of course. There are some some fully raw cakes/pies by Fully Raw Kristina that involve adding nuts, dates, blending the fruit, and freezing, which probably does give it a more unique quality flavorwise.
