When you assign the ticket command message to another channel other than the channel where you place your "create a ticket" panel it doesn't open a ticket.
Hello couldn't get my Sapphire ID, check from my server how you did on the video, the last option on my own is role, and i even tried to get it from Sapphire dashboard, still couldn't get it.
But 2nd time ye aaraha ```Invalid Form Body components[0].components[3].custom_id[COMPONENT_CUSTOM_ID_DUPLICATED]: Component custom id cannot be duplicated```
I had the same issue, I just solved it. In the first step where you edit the Sapphire message, you have to type in what he types in the video. You can copy it right here: $new ${userid} Support
I am not sure but you can try creating the first ticket message and then edit it and use it in another channel, you might not be able to change the ticket opening message because they are connected.
