How to make White russian cocktail by Mr.Tolmach

Recipe of WHite russian:
Kahlua - 40 ml
Vodka - 40 ml
Cream - 25 ml
Mix Vodka and coffee liquer in mixing glass, strain in the chilled glass and add cream on top. Garnish with coffee beans.

where do you work? lots of bartenders handle ice with their bare hands.. bartenders have some of the cleanest hands while they're working, especially if they're not handling cash.

Be mindful about using ice and dumping it back into the ice well. That is a red flag for contaminating the ice. Hopefully this isn't a regular practice. We don't want you to get in to trouble if there is a health inspector around. Just play it smart! 😃😃😃

I can recommand to use some espresso instead of kahlua. It is just a much more defined taste than with kahlua.

I think it might be cause fresh espresso is hot so it speeds up dilution and has no sweet to break harshness of the vodka just my opinion could be wrong

Mr Hexx you are wrong since I would let it cool down for a second. I don't want to loose all the alcohol ;) But good espresso is much more enjoyable. Combine it with good quality vodka (doesn't have to be expensive, my best choice is Finlandia) and 1 or 2 cubes of sugar.
