In this video, I'm making whole wheat bread at home. This is the second in a three part series of bread making videos. I used my bread recipe from our cookbook but substituted half of the white flour with 5 cups of whole wheat. When you are wanting to introduce whole wheat into your diet, it's a good idea to go gradual. Consuming too much whole wheat too quickly could give you a rumbly tummy!
You will want to watch until the end because I show you how to freeze any leftover dough to use at a later time. This is exactly what I did to save some for my third bread making video in this series.
