Popular street food from Osaka Japan, made with Yamaimo and Cabbage. To create a rich taste, I added Eggs , Kombu based dashi stock , Okonomiyaki sauce(Worcestershire Sauce), Mayonnaise, Pickled Ginger, green onions, Aonori, & Bonito flakes.
I also used Saladmaster Electric Oil Core Skillet for frying and Salad Machine Food Processor #1 cone for grating the Yamaimo and #3 cone for shredding the cabbage.
