Good tips bro, I also like to put my white hard nylon fuel line inside clear PVC tubing to get rid of the noise from the fuel line. It's also a good idea to remove the tiny filter inside the end that removes on the quite fuel pump, another way of lowering the noise level is to replace the warm air hose with a insulated one
Box silencer, not much quieter. My 6 year old intake silencer end fell of. There is a foam ring inside, not in the later silencers i have on recent heater. Tried using the tin silencer on air intake, seems as good as the round black silencer. I have one of the green quieter pumps, only slightly quieter. I have one pump mounted vertical, hanging by the nylon pipe, works ok and quieter. Have 5-8kw, the roar noise from heater takes some getting rid of, better if all inside a sound prove box.
And the typical Lavaner praise again, are they sponsored. We buy the chinese one so it will be a cheap good options, those lavaners cost multiple times more then the lets say vevor.
