I made the mistake of looking at her Facebook profile 4 days after her birthday and noticed someone else sending her a❤ wishing her happy birthday!! I felt so horrible
Coach Adrian you've asked me to wait at least another couple months to work on the core issues that lead to the breakup when it was 1 month of no contact. Is this too much to ask or should I break the no contact and reestablish contact already? Me and my significant other have been in No contact for a little more than 2 months now and I'm still blocked on whatsapp it looks like when I didn't even beg and plead. I miss her so much and and as I've mentioned to you I feel like I'm about to crack and either visit her at her house call her or both. We've been together for 2 years and 3 months of loving memories. She has to miss me right? Theres so much that I want to say to her isn't this no contact period here too much to ask? Couldn't she meet someone else in that amount of time or probly not, especially considering me and her have such a strong bond me and her have built together. Whatever you do man don’t show up to her house or work unannounced trust me on this I have done this and it made things so much more worse and I still regret it to this day. One of the most attractive things you could do is just be silent and move on she will see it eventually and if not her loss then.
@trichromatic5717 I want to tell her the real reasons why the habitual things I did kept occurring. This would help her realize the truth of why they occured and she'll realize that she made a mistake. Also the thing is she is in the process of getting a kidney transplant from one of her brothers. I have to know how she's doing and whether or not she either got the transplant by now or is still in the process of that. Me and her had a very strong bond. I messed things up because of certain habitual things in our texts and communication going on. If it wasn't for those things we'd still be together today. There's alot I have to tell her that she has to know. I know it's a risk showing up at her house, and she's not working at the moment btw, but I do feel I'm about to crack and either call her or visit her house to speak to her. I've been focusing on the core issues that lead to the breakup as per Coach Adrians coaching, so me and her at some point will reconnect with eachother anyway
What ever you do . Don’t tell her that you miss her bro. This is a huge mistake I made . Also if you get to see her don’t act like you guys are back together don’t even kiss her . Be yourself don’t go to deep take the time bro to rebuild that connection and show her that you have changed but not in words
