My eyebrows grow crazy long sometimes so with one hand I usually slick the hairs back in the opposite direction and up so that any long stray hairs are visible. Then I take scissors and trim them along the top of my eyebrows. Then slick the hairs back from the center of my face out to lay them flat and clean.

I pluck in between my eyebrows but it’s kinda annoying because my eyebrows are at a steeper angle, at least from what I think looks good and if I pluck those straggler hairs on the bottom outside of my brow it looks weird.

Yes that's what I usually do but I would recommend scissors and trim the hairs individually. If you use an electric trimmer you may accidentally trim off too much all at once. If I notice them getting long and scraggly. I'll slick the hairs back in the opposite direction and up so any long hairs stick up above my eyebrows and then trim them along the top of my eyebrows.

Shaving it with a razor blade could be dangerous since it’s difficult to wield. There are special ones you can buy for that purpose if you wanted tho. As a girl, I think it looks a little too “made up” on some guys, but if you’re a stylish guy it could go together with your whole look.

Honestly shaving them is fine, you’ll have to do it once every two odd weeks, but after the first time, it takes literally 20 seconds, 20 seconds every two weeks. Just pick up a razor and cut the little hairs off. I usually pluck my brows when they get a little bushy, just trim them down a bit.

I would suggest don't pluck the hairs. I have a very thick and joined eyebrows. I once tried to to pluck them, but next it gave me a lot of pimples 😂 Dont do it boys just take a eyebrow Razor use a thick layer of Aloe Vera gel and slowly slowly shave them.
