I like the 2 Brothers exhaust but where I live police is always going after bikers so I think the stock exhaust is the best option for me , that way I can ride pretty fast but without making too much noise, maybe I'll be installing one on my Hyosung too, by the way , I'm rebuilding a Hyosung GT250R on my channel if anyone wants to check it out !
Actually, I think the idle speed was a little high because I didn't let it warm up before taking the video. Near the end it's warmed up though. It idles at 1500 rpm--before and after the new exhaust. Usually the EFI automatically adjusts (to a point). You can get a programmer chip for most bikes, but I haven't seen many for the GT250R.
There is a thing that I don't like on EFI models and this is the motorbike has a slightly high idle speed. Can you change this? On my carbxy model idle speed is set lower, about 1000 rpm ant the sound is much better.
Hey, did u swapped out the entire system? not just the silencer? or how did u remove the catalytic converter? Just got a gt250r and standing between Arrow or two bros..:/
Been meaning to reply to this for a while.... :P I had the catalytic converter (illegally) removed by a shop. It's just the slip-on. Technically it's a flange-on in this application... With the research I've done on exhaust options, the Two Brothers exhaust is the deepest sounding.
