I've been in an isolation for almost 1 month now, after school finished, i found out that everyone who i knew just cut me off their lives for no reason , im now with 0 friends don't know anybody, bored and feeling so empty, i cry sometimes, realizing that im 16 in my teens years with no life or anything pretty much happening
I can completely relate 🙁 But hey, you can go out by yourself, I'm gonna be trying the same thing today. Don't be shy! Set yourself *tiny* goals, so the more you achieve them, the more you build self trust.

Damn bro. I've had a sore throat for a week now, and now I'm finally feeling better. I've seen your video on how to not waste your summer, and my cold really demotivated me. Thanks. Also, today I am starting to take up some challenges in my life! Today I'm starting to try learn piano, and I think this week I'll start swimming lessons too. In 2 weeks I'm going to go to the beach. I cant wait! Finally things are looking up in my life! Another piece of advice is to perfect your calendar. I always have a countdown to how many days are left of summer vacation. Also, I set some days to do different things. For example, tomorrow is park day, the day after tomorrow is friends day, and I even made some weeks special, like a week where I'm exercising every day (physical exercise is really a problem for me). This way, every day feels fresh and new. You can say its corny, but it really helped me out a ton! Also, I'll update you guys on how my piano and swimming lessons turn out. Now I'm having lunch, and after that, its too hot for going outside (nearly 100 Fahrenheit, or like 30 Celsius). I will probably just revisit some old childhood games for that spark of nostalgia. i deleted social media for the summer (egarding as the weirdest thing to people my age (im 16 lol)) and ive legit never felt better. ive been reading like craazy lately (on my 75th book of the year) and have been making plans and hanging out with friends as often as i can (i live outside of "town" so getting places can be hard but still.) I recently got my learners so ive been practicing driving with my family. I also want to try to lower my time on my phone to 30 minutes. Im gonna start bringing a journal around with me day to day (i journal everynight already) to write down small moments of joy/gratitude. Videos like this remind me there is so much joy in seemingly mundane moments.
i love your videos man, i’ve started to plan something cool to do the next day because i watched your video and it said to find something small to do everyday. the first day i went out to the woods behind my house and had a picnic by myself and had a great time, later that day i went back out and drew a picture of everything around me. it didn’t turn out how i wanted it to and i made some things to big so it ended up looking different then what i was actually around me but i ended up liking it. the day after i woke up late because i set my timer wrong but i still did what i planned to do the day before and went into the woods and found a tree to climb, after i went and sat on this big tractor tire that was left in the woods and ate some breakfast while drawing another picture. later that day when the sun was setting i looked out my window and seen the bright orange and pink sky, i ran outside and sat right outside the woods for a few minutes to watch the sky before it went down. today i didn’t plan anything because i was going to a birthday party and i had so much fun seeing some friends i haven’t seen since school went out. i don’t have much money to really buy anything because i’m to young to get a job but i make the most out of what i have and i want to make this the most memorable summer i’ve had. i come to your videos when i need ideas for something to do or just encouragement to go outside. i love your content so much, i hope you have a great summer

@@Fnafboi78 Hello. I have to say, that doing sports RIGHT AFTER awaking is dangerous. You have to wait half of an hour after how you awaked, and only then to do sports (ot to eat). You can learn how it works in RU-vid: search for something like "how to wake up".. Also, I have to say about running. Thw video "walking vs. Running" by Mario Tomic is very educational. Since I have a big family I have to help to my family, so it is not like I have a lot of time. But I am happy in my life, i think i am alright. I remember that I have to try new things everyday. My last 2 seasons in basketball my team got to the final twice and lost both times and next season we going back to the final but THIS TIME WE GONNA WIN THE CHIP. When we got to the final last season I felt like it my fault I stopped practicing and I had a terrible attitude towards basketball like I didn’t care about anyone I didn’t care about basketball and so I took a month off from playing basketball and that Month off helped me so much mentally cuz I love basketball again and I want to play everyday so badly lmao
