Oh, and yeah, let's talk about the cheese. I never buy the "singles" in plastic wrap. I won't lie, we always use the "Kraft Deli Deluxe", because it is just a better cheese. I also like buying the nice cheddar and the like sliced cheeses, but there is something missing. I will now use your recipe to make my own cheese slices, because I can create anything I like. Superb burger! For the Mac and cheese with sodium citrate, I've found that using veggie broth and a bit of yogurt instead of milk makes for a wonderful flavor

amz.run/6Bu2 honestly my absolute favorite knife. no joke. feel perfectly balanced in your hand, can slice and cleave, and great for scooping up stuff, i plan on highlighting it in a future video about knives and what not. i thought i loved the croma, and i did , but the Valhalla is my endgame knife.
Great idea on the long burger. But the cheese thing, interesting but unneccesary. There are plenty of good cheeses at the deli counter. Even quality American cheese. Those plastic things are awful, not everyone uses that.
It's more about the way the cheese melts. This method means you can use any cheese you want, but it'll melt perfectly. It has a very distinct mouth feel, unlike regular cheese.
