Try making your own homemade deodorant! It's easy, affordable and best of all it really works to keep you stink free! Now you can DIY this great recipe and avoid those chemicals found in store commercial brand deodorant. To make this homemade deodorant all you need is: 1/2 cup arrow root powder, 1/2 cup baking SODA, 6-8 tbls of coconut oil, 3 tbls of beeswax and some essential oils: I used 15-20 drops of Tea tree oil, 15-20 drops of grapefruit oil, 5-10 drops of lemongrass, 5-10 drops of sweet orange

I loved this deodorant because it actually works! Unfortunately I had to stop using it because it caused a rash on my underarms. My husband uses it too and loves it and has had no problems. I'm gonna do some adjustments to the recipe to find out what can work for me.

I've heard others say the baking soda causes them to get a rash. I omitted it for that reason too. Maybe that will work for you.

Can you substitute cornstarch for the arrow root powder?

I'm finding so many homemade deodorants BUT so many use BAKING SODA! It breaks my armpits out something awful. Is there something else that can be used?
