Hello I see your using a 1:1 ratio for two liters I’m not doing two liters no where near just a small amount and I’m wanting to use fragrance oil to carrier oil. Would I still use 1:1 ratio with fragrance oil?? I just don’t like alcohol smell. This woman I used to work with made parfume you could smell it a hundred yards away and it would last days no alcohol. That’s what I’m trying to do.
