How To Make Your Own Subliminal | For Reality Shifting & Manifestation [EASY TUTORIAL!]

Hey, guys! You asked for it, so here we go. Let's make our own subliminals for reality shifting or manifesting! Subliminals have become a big thing in the spiritual community and specifically in the reality shifting community as well. But not all subliminals are trustworthy and some of them just don't match our vibe OR maybe we want to include some very specific affirmations that most subliminals haven't.
So, I thought I show you how you can create your own subliminals with just a little amount of effort. An easy tutorial, so to say. Let me know, how it works for you :)

thank you so helpful!! I just wondered why subliminal didn't work for me. But maybe it is cuz its not personal and I have a hard time being consistent in my beliefs. The main and most importantly part is the frequency needs to be at 17500 to get into your subconscious during sleep that's the rate where its set for the mind. Read on it or do your research that's how it will actually work. I'm just seeing if there other apps for creating them but she forgot this main part.

I find that the subliminals now have music that I just can't Vibe to, so it isn't getting me excited, which is the Boost part of Manifestation. Also, I feel like most cater to people who don't have Aphantasia, because most people don't have their third Eye open, so it's not quite that easy to Visualize.

@@Osyris16 yes!! i made a sub for a move i wanted to make and i think it took 2 weeks for it to work. i listened to it in the mornings right as i woke up and meditated with it at night. i mentally prepared myself to move, like packing up some things and telling myself that “i’m leaving soon”, it worked!

Don't get me wrong but i guess subliminals work on lower frequenzy , not voluking down the same freq. For example from 44000 Hz you have to set it on 17500Hz and then it works

yes you can! the affirmations are sped up so that the subliminal isnt way too long. its not a waste, your mind can still grasp it.

It does work, subliminals are just affirmations being spoken over your subconscious mind until your mind essentially accepts it in your reality, thus which makes it manifest. Subliminals are the same as affirming to yourself consciously.

It’s preference, but the faster, the shorter the clip and the more often you can paste it into your sub. So the faster, the more „effective“, I would say. But again - do it how you want 🤗

Some sub makers say that they have used a super powerful formula, etc.. Is it necessary to use a formula or something like that or just by the simple method that you have told we can make good and effective subliminals? Please help me 🙏🏻

I don’t know what other methods these super duper formulas are, but they are probably not very different from any regular subliminals. Maybe they play around with frequencies and affirmations, but honestly, everything that sounds too good to be true is probably not true. So, just do your thing 🫶🏻

Absolutely. Subliminals are much more complex than this. Lowering the volume does nothing.

Of course. When you make your own subs, you have full control over the wording of the affirmations. This is why you can make it as specific as you like and just the way you want it. So, everything‘s fine there ☺️

It’s best to form simple, positive, present tense statements that affirm whatever you want to achieve with your subliminal. F.ex. for shifting you can use basic sentences like “I easily shift to my desired reality” Or you can personalize your affirmations more. Just choose whatever words make you have a positive emotional response. I covered the making of a subliminal in the video. Do you have any questions regarding that?

I mean yes, it can work for others too. Depends on how personal to you the affirmations are, I guess. If you make the affirmations more neutral and don’t include too many details, you can provide the subliminals for a broader audience, sure!

Whether it’s from my sub or other methods I’m not sure lol my fertility one doesn’t appear to be doing me any favors so far though. Sure! I only recommended 3-6%, so you wouldn’t hear the affirmations consciously but rather listen to the music. You can do that whatever way you want :)

You can do an audio recording of yourself and just add that as an audio file in Inshot. I‘m not sure but I think you can even speed that up. Then you can lower the volume like you would do with the generated affirmation audio. Hope this helps 👍🏼
