Just bought a 5 pack of seasoning, arrived yesterday & love them all. I've have a load of wild garlic in the garden, so going to give this a go, will try in the oven with a wooden spoon holding the door slightly ajar. Can't wait. Thank you.
Grease proof paper is a pain in the arse. All that’s basically happened is the moisture content has soaked into the paper and then as it’s slowly evaporated it’s caused the grease proof paper to shrivel and shrink along with the salt mix at the same time. Then the paper wrinkles and gets stuck to/between the salt mix. Fucking love your ink btw.
