I’m six months into this and what I’m finding so hard is that we’ve to visualise the end. Really feel it as though it’s happening (this part I can do easily) and live as though we already have. However, once we’ve done our visualisation we’ve to then detach and live our every day life and be ok whether we have it or we not - yet we are to focus and live in the end. That’s so hard to master. Not only that, we’ve also to ignore everything relating to the 3D world re our manifestation/s, which is another huge hurdle to master. I’m stuck, but I don’t want to nor will I give up. I’m on this journey now and I’m not stopping - but to blend all this together is really hard to do. Thank you for your teachings. I’m just struggling to grasp it all. There’s so much - yet it’s easy once you know how and I am really struggling with that. If I see my SP with another girl, how can I not let that affect me in my 3D world. I know I’ve to know he’s already mine but how the heck do you get your head around that without being upset and thus your vibrations hit a low and you’ve to start it all again. I have managed to manifest a few things lately and tbh it’s been an eye opener and an ‘omg moment’ but I wasn’t attached to the outcome at all. My SP - I love him. This is what is so hard and I’ve hit a wall. How can you detached from someone you love.

I struggle a lot with the no contact and this video truly helps because this is a pattern from my SP which I nlknow it's deep rooted within me. I keep reacting to the 3D and would love to focus and allow for her to reach out. Thank you so much for this video

Hi Christina and thanks again for your videos. I would like to share an idea: As a conscious manifestor we are probably going to face some moments during the process that we may feel generally low and with many doubts etc. From my experience I suggest that we keep calm, accept and embrace/welcome this unpleasant situation and after some time (in my case 1/2 days) I feel much better and I usually have some breakthrough or development and I feel as if I am in a higher level of consciousness. Have you experienced something like that?

I’m in the state where I feel like I completely let go and I’m happy with my life. Then I get this sneaky feeling that this is undoing all of the manifestation work I did prior in regards to an SP. Do you have advice on this?

Yes, it can mean that too. It still leads to the same outcome. If you've dropped the old story and are genuinely aligned with the new version, you also drop the worry about your desire manifesting.

Hello Christina, You are absolutely fabulous and I love all your talks.. for me it’s been a year of zero contact ! He left and there was someone else and I have been forever changed from this experience and I am not sure if time has anything to do with no contact , that’s a long period of time can I still say how this will go in my mind after such a long time ?

You can manifest whatever you want regardless of circumstances. However it's up to you to decide that circumstances don't mean anything.

I want to manifest my sp but the problem is I am not able to decide it whether I want a girlfriend boyfriend relationship with him or marrige I am afraid of if I will not manifest marriage with him he will get married to someone else or maybe his family will force him to marry another girl so right now I want relationship but not specifically sure because of my fear of what if I will not manifest marriage with him right now he will get married to someone else but I want to get married with him at the age of 28 I m 23 right now HELP me out!! You can manifest either one, however if you are concerned you can go straight to manifesting marriage. It doesn't mean that it will happen immediately. You may spend a few years dating and/or being engaged until you're ready to be married.

They're practically the same state. Expecting (different from waiting) is knowing you are going to have it even if you don't yet see it in the 3D. It's like ordering food in a restaurant - it doesn't get served to you immediately, but you're not worried about it because you know it's coming soon.

Is there such thing as no contact when you have to see them because we have children together. Does no contact in this situation mean no contact regarding our relationship?

No, in your case you are in contact with your SP since you have kids together and are co-parenting. This video is for people manifesting an SP who they are in no contact with. My videos are more general and aimed at a wider audience, so not every video is going to apply to each individual case.

In one video of Sammy ingram she Said everyone one don't reflect our beliefs what we think about them they reflect that so if someone (any stranger who is out of my awareness) can treat me like a garbage bc she said what we think about (the people we know)our sp , friends,relatives, colleagues etc so he/she(the stranger) will not reflect my positive beliefs or assumptions if I hadn't think about that stranger and I didn't even know him or her ....bc they are out of my awareness so how can I think about them so they will not reflect my assumptions (even general)??? Please tell I am so so confused about this topic ??????? Also if someone is affirming whole world treats me like a princess or prince only some people will reflect or the whole world every single person will confirm I m confused about this question also??

Yes, strangers can and do reflect your general assumptions - if you have a low self concept, you will even experience strangers confirming that. If you feel like you're always getting princess treatment, even strangers will reflect that, and so on. It's your vibration and it's the oneness and energetic connection we all share. As a principle, I don't comment on what other coaches teach.

Hi Christina I have detached from the outcome of having a relationship with a new SP of my desired qualities still the 3D brings me men of low quality. I know I have detached because I dont react to this anymore. But I am not choosing anyone as I am not interested. What am i doing wrong ?

I am very upset because a friend planned to go to lunch with me 3 weeks ago then,she didn't answer her phone and when i called, she didn't call me back. Tonight i saw her at the church, and all she said was how is it going. I don't like it when people don't acknowledge when they make plans. She is a good friend and I want to keep my friendship with her. Should I ignore the 3D and imagine she called me. Can i manifest my friend and sp at the same time to call me? Can i manifest a few things at the same time?

@@Nnavub As you rightly said, you are energetically connected with everyone and he always receives your energetic shifts subconsciously. Why he's still with his girlfriend - my guess is that you haven't shifted energetically yet and/or it hasn't become your dominant state yet.

How do subliminals work if your conscious mind cannot hear the words? How can one be sure the subconscious mind hears the words?

@@kkloveslove I can only talk about my subliminals. The words are mixed in solfeggio music as well as waves that mimic the brain's natural waves and beats that engage the mind to pay attention to the message being introduced. This allows the message of the affirmations to reach the subconscious without the resistance of the conscious mind and for the subconscious to be receptive to the message. You know that your subconscious is receiving the message because you start feeling differently about your manifestation within days to weeks.

Do multiple reality really exist,if yes then why coach deny to manifest sp if they see something negative about them , positive version also exists so if we want them we can choose positive version of them , isn't it??

@@renujaipal7241 Yes, they exist. I can't speak for other coaches, please ask them directly. The fact that another reality can be manifested and replace the current one doesn't mean that everyone must or will want to do it. I always tell people that they have a choice where to put their energy on what to manifest differently or just drop.

I had watch your sp video. In which you were saying that you can still manifest your sp while you are even attached to them but in that video you said you have to let go means I had to detached/let go of the outcome and one side you are sayin you can still manifest whn you even in the energy of neediness here we also have to let of old story then why you said you can still manifest them can you please explain I I didn't get your point what you were trying to say?

Don't get confused with me presenting different aspects of the *same* concept. The video you're referencing talks about feeling your wish fulfilled, getting into the state of having it, which, if practiced enough and consistently, leads to detachment (i.e. not worrying about your desire, knowing it will manifest, hence dropping the neediness for it). Today's video talks about the outcome, which is the same, just not the process.

@@KayleeMartin_._01 Usually not sustainably. While sometimes people can manifest movement from such an energy through an obsessive-type persistence in their techniques, affirmations etc, it never lasts and it usually goes away again. The reason is simple - the world is your mirror and gives you who you are, not what you want. Neediness=lack and feeling as if you can't have it, hence the world has to confirm exactly that to you - that you're lacking it and that you can't have it.
