The first step in improving your webcam quality is to utilize lighting. If you can't sit in front of a window, make sure to close your blind to get full control over the room's lighting. Turn off your ceiling lights and place a lamp or ring light in front of you to light your face. Then add background lights, I suggest RGB light strips or floodlights if you want a modern look.
Then you'll need a strong and versatile software to adjust everything and save your webcam's custom look when you're done. In order to improve your webcam's quality you'll need to set the right exposure and white balance. For the logitech C920 there are 2 main software that will allow you to save your presets: Logitech Capture, and Logitech Ghub.
Keep in mind you'll need to open the software before each use to prevent the camera from going back to default settings after you restart/reboot your computer.
You can additionally stylize your webcam with different looks with a color correction filter in obs or streamlabs obs, a LUT filter with downloaded LUTs, or with extra software. Snap camera allows you to add snapchat filters to your pc's webcam. Xsplit's Vcam allows you to blur or remove your webcam's background.
