Dark soy sauce: 200cc
Vinegar: 200cc
Yuzu soup: 100cc
Dashi no Moto: Appropriate amount

1. 1. Cut the yuzu in half and squeeze out the juice
2. Boil disinfect a 500 ml PET bottle
3. 3. Put an appropriate amount of dashi stock in a PET bottle
4. Add 200cc of soy sauce and 200cc of vinegar and mix to complete.
