As someone with actual heavily hooded eyes and barely no lower lid I keep hearing I should put a light color on my lower lid to open it. This advice has NEVER worked for me. Actually, I find that using a dark shadow on the lid and blending it up and side ways works best.

I think I just realized that hooded eyes and deep set eyes are not the same thing. I have a very prominent crease, in fact, my eyes sink in right below the bone. I would love to see a tutorial on deep set eyes.

Firstly she doesnt have hooded eyes so this is pointless. Secondly, anyone with hooded eyes is not going to want such a heavy brow as it just drags the eye down! How about you use an older model who genuinely has hooded eyes for a video like this.

Young women have hooded eyes too. Jennifer Lawrence is a good example of a famous young woman with hooded eyes.

Wonderful very beautiful . I have a very tough time doing my eyes because of my hooded eyes. This technique suits my eye eye very well thank you soo soo much. Love you. What is frustrating is that you don’t have hooded eyes! So it’s like a brunette doing make for blondes. Or a young person with a tutorial for mature eyes. It would be essential that you use the right model with hooded eyes. Thank you

I’m also interested in the eyelash curler product name. All the curlers I own do not fit, therefor I’m unable to curl all my lashes.

Thank you for such a wonderful video. You made it very easy to do for a 50 plus women and I'm going to give it a try tomorrow. Gravity is not our best friends as we get older. But this lighter makeup I think will make a huge difference

That’s because she doesn’t have hooded eyes, LOL you can clearly see a lot of her eyelids when they’re open.

All hooded eyes are hooded. You don’t see the moveable eyelid when the eyes are open. She DOES NOT have hooded eyes.

Her eyes aren’t even hooded, so it’s no where near helpful to those who have hooded eyes. I personally don’t have hooded eyes but I can imagine the frustration of those watching. This is good for someone without hooded eyes, but won’t do much for women who have them.

A hooded eye is when your extra lid skin falls on your eyelashes! If you had hooded eyes, you d have to lift your lid skin to apply mascara. Because if you didnt, you d have mascara all over your upper lid. THAT is a hooded eye!!

I get this is lockdown productivity, which is why you're doing a hooded eye look on yourself and not a model with factual hooded eyes. Now that restrictions are eased, it would help your customers to see how shaded and light tones bring hooded eyes into the spotlight.

interesting video. but maybe the first thing to recommend to hooded-eye girls is to get rid of these super thick eyebrows that weigh down the eyes. I'm sick and tired of this trend.

Thick eyebrows make a woman look younger. Use a brow bone highlight to lift the brow but don’t drag it all the way to the inner part of the brow. Just keep it on the outer part directly under the arch.
