Great Video like always! I am a general manager for Pizza hut and your videos have helped my store become better. You should make a video about scheduling employees in 2022 because quite honestly it is getting a bit challenging for me to make my schedules with all the call outs and no one wants to be promoted to a shift manager unless they are a new hire. I had to call my boss and shut down our store early just because I was not able to make all the orders since it was just me, a new hire and a driver. I had 4 call outs lol Any advice on this?
