Naked future buy krne ki jagah if we take a hedge then we can cap the downside and play for upside potential in rollover ..pls suggest if this strategy is worth trying

Thank you for clarifying the concept. However i think we need to keep extra buffer to buy 56k for initial 2 months. This cost is almost 50 % of the capital deployed.....

sir ji itna loss lene si acha hai hum hedge buy krlein kuch to loss kam hoga time ke sath , hum put buy kar sakte hai month end ki ya call short kar sakte hain,kamse kum 100% loss lene se acha 60% loss hoga,,dusri position profit me hogi,

Finnally today i got the chapter ROLL-OVER completely, When you brought this video on this concept . All credit goes to you sir that you educated us by bringing videos back to back continuously on it. Now I can say ROLL OVER is not booking the loss , it's a tool to be stayed in a trade taking more time avoiding auto kicking out even in loss by expiry . THANKS A LOT SIR 🙏

During Roll Over, there is difference between Price of One Months Fut and it's next month fut, so that loss should be noticed.

We have to square off the current month contract for roll over and after that we can initiate a new(mid month contract . But to do this we have to book profit/loss first then deploy extra capital for the new contract. Am I understanding it properly? If not, please explain to me.

Hi, I won't call it "extra capital". Look at it this way, in your trading account what you see is already your MTM loss, the moment you close this and open a new contract, although you have booked a loss, but your overall position remains the same as the cost of your one new contract is still the same. Also, I always do a covered call (buy futures and sell one OTM CE), so that you keep generating money for yourself, as opposed to buying naked future and waiting/hpoping for it to go in your direction.

Ye sab karne ki jagah main far OTM ka call kyu na buy kar lu, usme Mera premium bhi kam hoga to each month Mera loss bhi kam hoga aur potential loss bhi bahut kam hoga agar corona jaisee koee ghatana ho gayee to.

suppose bank nifty at 51000 and you have taken 1 lot future in Rs 1 lakh and market goes to 52000 then you will get Rs 15000 profit. If you buy Bankbees at Rs 261 around 383 quantities in 1 lakh and market goes to 52000 then you will get 263 - 261 = 2, 383 * 2 = Rs 766 profit only.

Agreed,but what if you took a short position and it also goes against you? Then you will keep booking losses and changing positions until your capital is exhausted, he gave two disclaimers that you should apply this on index only and long position only,as eventually market will go up sooner or later, otherwise economy will be collapsed. And he is just using example of big losses, no one would take a long position after that rally,it will always come for correction
