What is your BIGGEST goal right now that you are struggling to accomplish? Comment below and let me know. I might feature the solution in a future video.
yah you're right but there are some people that love their jobs to bring value or serve people, even they have enough to retire and live luxurious life until they die.
Youu guys are still young! Health is Wealth! Investments in Prevention will give you TONS! No back pain, No musle pain. Investmentes in Hwalth Coaching are the NEXT WEALTH :)
I agree, but I believe the one exception is if you need to "look a part" as part of your money-making ventures. If you are selling a 30 million dollar house to a billionaire, you are gonna need to be dressed well etc.
The rich say rich by making productive moves like investing, my investment in Forex trading saved me from financial strain after losing my job. Forex trading is very profitable.
Forex and cryptoTrading is very profitable, if you've a professional Forex Trader that's good at what he does, your profits can increase by more than 100% .... My investment in Forex Trading bought me the house of my dreams
“I manage my money like the rich therefore I become rich” “No matter how little I make I will always have plenty for what I need” “Intelligently investing my money is multiplying my money”
I have had to watch this video twice and take down notes to always read and remind myself of the wrong things I do with money. Thank you Dan,you always inspire me and I believe many others.
6:14 It didn't hit me until he said " When you have cash, it attracts more cash." that I noticed the exact same thing. For months I've had a blank envelope sitting on my desk loaded with a few hundred dollars worth of $5 bills. I have no idea why I started doing it, but whenever it is on my desk the pile grows. When I put it in my desk drawer it stayed there for a few weeks and I didn't add anything to it because I forgot about it. Now that it is on my desk again I keep finding myself adding to it. Cash does accumulate more cash.
POOR MINDSET IMMEDIATELY SEES A SURPLUS AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR CONSUMPTION. RICH MINDSET SEEKS TO SPEND THEIR TIME, RESOURCES, AND ENERGY ON WORK THAT CONTINUES TO PAY OFF LONG AFTER THE EFFORT HAS BEEN INVESTED.
As a Forex trader,It's almost inevitable that you're going to experience some ups and downs along the way.Alertness and decisiveness are both fundamental ingredients in the recipe for a sucessful Forex trader
This was such a good clip to watch. I have been getting it wrong all my life. Thank you, Dan, you have put my finances into perspective. It's such an easy solution, yet nobody does it.
You can only work so hard while you are young but the key is to make your money work for you if you want to be rich forever..and I like your confidence
2:29 That's what I keep convincing people, "I will make more money" and I am always telling things don't work that way. I'm astonished, Dan and I share similar thoughts!
You are a person with both charisma and commitment that's what inspires me every time I watch you. It's on of my dream to meet you Shifu. Your also my mentor, and GOD!
Cool video but my finances are in total mess, a lot of debts that I need to pay. I feel so bad that this year is ending without me making anything out of it and I don’t want my parents to suffer when I’m supposed to be taking care of them. I have saved a couple of thousands and I want to invest it to create extra means of income but the problem now is I don’t know where to put in the money. Please someone should save my ass, I need some advices. And if possible best investment to create passive income with. Thank you
Read the richest man in Babylon and most importantly than reading the book, imolent what you read in the book. I don't care if you are a million dollars in debt, it works
Love your videos my husband and I are implementing this into our lives. We do however add 10% tithes to ours as well. I changed the name from emergency fund to blessing fund, not claiming any emergencies.
I ❤ Dan lok how simplicity, till now don't know about dan lok, Dev gadhi told that my mentor is Dan lok then i searched about him, he is really awesome n deserved for richness.... Soon future I meet him..... Imagine n visualizes to meet him.
Thanks Mr Dan Lok. Due respect all the way from Ghana. The one thing I am struggling with right now is find the best way to learn to build a system and manage my cashflow. Thanks very much for the priceless content.
I really enjoyed this perspective on the percentage breakdown of money management. The learning bucket is one aspect I personally had completely overlooked but will be sure to include in future budgeting plans. The tiered percentages based on income level was also a great insight. It not only helps keep on track for investments but also keeps expenses down to earth as percentages shift. I also had a question for you, what would be the recommended donation percentage?
Its always a pleasure to watch you Sifu DAN. The richest man in Babilon - half profit for charity. Balzac wrote 30% dave and forget about it.Some recommend to have a special account for taxes in advance and 50% profit to the owner.Bob Proctor never said to have emergency fund.LOA. But here is a good advice. Regards
Once I hit 100% savings/Investing rate (rental income pays all living expenses, so all W2 income is invested) my biggest challenge is sharing what I learned about money. It seems like no one can hear a word about financial literacy until they are ready. A lot of people will never be ready.
You wake me up from the death bed I've been through all these years. Making and earning money then all gone in 3 days. Inherited such diseases from my parents. Now it's time for me to learn myself managing my money well. Thank you!
As you make more and get debt free you can change the bucket percentages too. I've got a low necessity nut each month. I comfortably can live on only 15% going there. I have a 6 month emergency fund saved so I dont need to add more to that. So my investing bucket is around 60% to 65% and the fun money is whatever is left. I'm a truck driver so I mske decent blue collar money but definitely under 100k so I'm not even 6-figures. The fastest way to get to where I am is a no debt/debt free lifestyle
Dan....I'm 51...I get up at 8 am and spend 3-4 hours in the heat of Fl sun 6 days a week and then work inside cleaning and listing and boxing up my products til 1 am and I am on my feet nearly 16 hours a day......We old farts can still out work many a millenial Thank you very much!! ;^)
Hello Dan, my husband and I have recently been watching your videos. Thank you for this, we were both mind blown specifically with what you said about the importance of investing your money. I have a question about investment, my husband and I both have life insurances (with investment/mutual funds as a "rider") - does that count as an investment? Another question, do you have any suggestions on how we can or where we can invest more? You're talking about stocks and bonds, but we're not in USA, and I'm not even sure how that looks like here in the Philippines. Thanks and more power to you!
I have never known that I already had 3 buckets until just now after I watch this vdo and I’ve never imagined there’s people out there always spend ALL of their money they have, should really thank to my parents, teaching me how to save and now I’m gonna learn from you how to use my investment money on.
3:08 Most people think money has one job which is to spend. Money has 4 functions Spend, Save, Invest, Donate - Into from the book Richest man in Babylon 4:51 There are 5 buckets for storing or utilising money 7:27 5 buckets : 1) Necessity 60% food, travel expenses, housing, bills and basics such as clothes etc 2) Emergency 10% such as health recovery, funeral expenses etc. Never ever dip into this unless it is absolutely necessary and no other means. It's all about mindset, you have money at all times, rich mindset not a poor mindset. 3) Investment 10% future, retirement. 4) Learning bucket 10% upgrade skills = increase in salary or job opportunities. 5) Fun 10%
Great vid Dan. Glad to see that I am personally on the right track with managing money and cash flow. This help clarify some questions I had in the past.
Thank you sir, this is my major problem, that's why I am still single and poor at 43, but it's never let hearing this now. I really appreciate your videos.
Thanks Sifu for your financial management tips. i have been able to make budget off my monthly income and also opened a savings account. i hired a portfolio manager who have been helping me invest 50% off my monthly salary into real estate and forex market and i must say the returns are very encouraging..... thanks again. keep up with the good works
Good for you Connie... l have tried several trading app recommended to me by friends and colleagues. eToro, Bloomberg and IQ Option but all my lnvestments on the apps were total waist. l always end up loosing all my money and that has really discourage my interest in this forex trading business

@@najeebammarharb853 førex is a good way to make excellent ROl, but it can aIso take rîsks with it if you tràde wîthout experîence. As always, finding a good portfoIio managêr is very lmportant.
I know a lot of people who earn thousands of doIIars tradìng as a per time job and have decided trading full time because of the steady income they are making on a regular
A very nice topic which sifu taught which no one learned in school and many of them teach this in paid seminar. Sifu teach you for free. so much valuable content.Thank you sifu for helping with this video.
Actually when you says about credit card Mr. Dan Lok,i have bad experience on doing it.still,it teach me about discipline in using money non stop no matter what because card credit is only for people who are very well managed.Way to go Mr. Dan Lok.
Now it would be nice to watch video about how manage Your time properly i.e. how much for work, how much for fun, how much for family & friends, how much for rest/regeneration, how much for health/exercises.
Seifu, Thank you for your videos, advice, and inspiration. I have digged myself out of debt by renting out my real estate and teaming up with my production friends to pursue passive income. I am a musician of 15 years with a production background, but I scarified my finances for a relationship that ended up failing. I am now pursuing my dreams and paying myself first through the 60/20/10/10 budgeting model, and the difference is amazing. Pursuit happiness and the law of attraction. It's amazing how the missing pieces fill themselves in. This advice is golden. I studied economics during my college years, and Dan's videos are very clear if you follow the series. Very valuable lessons that are avalaible for everyone when they need it. This is a real business education. Thank you Dan!
Am new to the Chanel ,and am just wondering where I have been all this while. I feel I am where I needed to be. I'm the right class, with the tight teacher at the right time! Thanks Dan
One of the things that I teach my kids is to create a Spend, Save, and Give. However, I think as you grow to add in the invest is genius! Great stuff as usual Dan!
Hi Dan! your knowledge is saving our time & risk factor I wanted you to address how Global financial crisis will effect every individual?how to prevent those risk.
my biggest challenge has been managing my finances but i am challenging that by practising what I learn from you Mr Dan guess what I am hating TV and liking motivational youtubes vedios and books
I'm not rich but I've always tried to live within my means and have some going to savings and investments. I don't think we spend 10% on fun though LOL.
I love you Dan..I m from India and you are probably the best trainer for business coaching. THough we always save money and buy properties and gold. But this is above that. Lots of love
Some guys tell us putting money in the bank is a bad decision, but you are talking putting money away, which is a phenomenal idea, because all what you have said is very important, however banks use our money to make money, thank you Dan
Omg I did this set up multiple accounts after reading a book about it and yes when I went into the bank they did look at me weird and smerked . Good to hear I am doing the right thing .
