she so right about the emotions and Chinese medicine I like watching a lot of Chinese historical dramas and most of the characters get real love sick like if they went thru a heartbreak they will actually get sick like physically and the doctor will always ask if they have been thru stress or strong emotions recently and tell the patient they shouldn’t be upset or have too strong emotions and rest and I will always be like that doesn’t make any sense coming from a western perspective but now I understand

I have a question mate! Please answer if you see my comment. As you said our body change entirely every 3 months. So should I focus on one feature for three months and then move to next one after achieving the first in three months. Or I can achieve multiple results in 3 months ?which way would be more affective?

This is very true music does change your body i was listening to this really good song (Dj kaled-I wanna be with you) i felt so good listening to it while listening i was kinda in a meditative state cause i was half asleep listening to my fav part over and over agian while visualizing myself looking real pretty. About 20-30 min later i got up out my bed to use the bathroom and my mama and sis just stared at me, When i looked in the bathroom mirror to c why, i saw how i looked so much prettier like way better then my visualization.❤️
