Yes! I used to think i was a prisoner of my mind. As I've become more aware of my thoughts and feelings, I recognize when I'm spiraling or becoming entangled in my thoughts. Then, I use the question "Why am I the operant power in my reality?" which has a similar effect as Lester's "Who am I?" It anchors me back in my divinity, reminding me that I am not my thoughts and emotions, nor am I a prisoner of them.

So I assume I'm the expression of my best version and persist, and then when the fears, doubts, and unwanted thoughts pop up I thank them for showing up and release them?

Wow, I second Ashley’s question about body pains coming up too… Like her, I tell the pain thank you, I love you…. If there’s another permission slip out there, please leave a comment. Thanks Ashley for bringing up that subject!! My trauma from childhood is still lurking around in my body- but it’s definitely better than a year ago. I just want to keep getting better and better… That’s why I come to this channel when my schedule allows! Sending love to everyone here- including you Tom!!
