I saw from here, capten monovering alongside is verry good alongside on The port of pitersburg Rusia, bravo capten Regal Princess.

Quite coincidence that I just sailed last summer on board of the ship passing them in Stockholm. That is Viking Grace under Finnish flag, built in 2012. Very nice ship even it is not any luxury liner!

I sailed Regal. Last month I sailed Majestic in Alaska so that is 4 with Sky and Royal, as "Royal" class Princess ships I have sailed.

Geez two pilots for one passenger ship- you know its a challenge

2 pilots were there probably because one was in training or the passage was fairly long. You could hear them say "switching pilots". Almost always there's only 1 pilot who's actively in-charge of advising the captain. The other will either be resting, standing by or tending to duties like communication with the port.

Maybe, cruise ships should not go to Stockholm, or Sweden entirely. There are many big and chronic problems with crime and other dysfunction, but it is illegal to state the obvious causes of these problems.
