Nice man, at least that's a great start. Keep practicing those front wheel lifts over some obstacles too for timing and I am sure you will get it right😎
I watched the video and it actually helped a lot.I could lift the front wheel for a like five seconds.I think I just need a bigger surface but other than that this video helped me a lot🎉
you've got your explanations 'locked in' ;) no but seriously, good stuff man. once you know the basic technique you just gotta a practice, practice and practice some more ✌️
haha, appreciate the kind words a bunch man😅🙌 And honestly you couldn't have said it better, you can know the theory till it's coming out of your ears, but the practice is what will lock that technique in😎🙌
Good question man, to be honest I find personally I don 't prefer a masssive bend. But your bend will constantly changing to shift your weight back and forward to keep you within the balance point🙌😎
@@a2bbiking I have a Salsa Horsethief, but I'm finding that mountain biking is a completely different sport from road or gravel cycling. MTB is more about thrill seeking, gravel about adventuring and overlanding, and road is pure cardio/muscular fitness. Throwing my body down a mountain isn't quite the workout I'm looking for in mid life, lol. I got the MTB because I live in the mountains and have rough terrain, but I still take it on 50 mile rides as a heavy training bike more than any other style of riding with it.
Can you help me to pick that front wheel off the ground like ypu said not to do in step 2? Forgetting the manual, i cant manage to pick up the wheel that high
Sorry to hear man, but to be honest this skill will take some time to get right, even if you know all the theory, it took me a good year or two of practice to get comfortable with it🙌 So keep up the practice, you will just have to have a bit of patience for it! Good luck
The weight definitely plays a big role, but it shouldn't be impossible no, just making sure you have your saddle down and out of the way? keep practicing, you will get it my friend😎🙌
To be honest I'm not sure man, my advice would ne to try and see? Think that's the only way you will know, in theory the technique should be the same no matter the weight, but keep me posted if you try and if it works?🙌👌
Start with progression my friend, and try get a good front wheel lift going first (check my profile for that video), Otherwise you can try and lock in your wheelie first and then progress from there? Just checking, can you wheelie already?🙌
@@a2bbiking do you have any tips for me on how to jump? I mean I can jump smaller ones like 1-2m but i always case or soak up the jumps.. im trying to clear table tops but I get scared from the lip..
For sure man, check out my profile for my how to Jump videos🙌 But I would say make sure you have locked in your bunnyhop technique first and then progress from there. Also, try to jump as high as possible on a small tabletop you can do already, it helps to practice trying to boost as high as possible👍 let me know how it goes?
@@a2bbiking i will check it out for sure! Basically I can bunny hop pretty well but i cant get height on jumps. I try not to soak up the jump but I always end up like that.. I will try boosting then
