Ingredients to Marinate Chicken without Yogurt!
500gms chicken
1 Tbsp ginger paste
1/2 Tbsp red chilli paste
1/2 Tbsp garlic paste
1 Tbsp mustard paste
1 Tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp black pepper powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
2 Tbsp mustard oil
-In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ginger paste, red chilli paste, garlic paste, mustard paste, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and Kashmiri chilli powder & mustard oil. Mix well to coat the chicken in the marinade.
-When you are ready to cook the chicken, heat mustard oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
-Serve the chicken with your favourite sides.
